 Moon Phase Yoga Guide ✨

🌑 New Moon (Rest & Planting Seeds)

Energy: Low, inward, soft. A time for rest, meditation, intention-setting.Poses: Gentle, grounding, restorative.

  • 🪷 Child’s Pose (Balasana) → surrender + rest

  • 🌱 Supported Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana with bolster) → turning inward

  • 🌙 Reclined Bound Angle (Supta Baddha Konasana) → open the heart softly

  • 🌌 Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) → restore energy

Witch Note: Whisper intentions into your breath. Visualize planting seeds of desire in dark soil.

🌒 Waxing Moon (Growth & Action)

Energy: Rising, building strength, focus, and motivation.Poses: Strong, energizing, balancing.

  • 🌳 Tree Pose (Vrksasana) → growth, balance, rooting

  • 🔥 Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) → strength + courage

  • 🌊 Crescent Lunge (Anjaneyasana) → open hips, call in expansion

  • 🌞 Chair Pose (Utkatasana) → build heat + determination

Witch Note: Each inhale draws growth into your body, like a sprout reaching for the sun.

🌕 Full Moon (Vitality & Release)

Energy: High, abundant, emotional. A time for celebration + release.Poses: Expansive, heart-opening, flowing.

  • 🌕 Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) → open the heart wide

  • 🌸 Camel Pose (Ustrasana) → release emotions, open chest

  • 🦅 Eagle Pose (Garudasana) → bind + then release tension

  • 🌊 Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar) → flowing, circular movement

Witch Note: Imagine glowing with moonlight in each pose. Release what no longer serves you with your exhale.

🌘 Waning Moon (Reflection & Letting Go)

Energy: Calming, introspective, releasing. Time to prepare for rest.Poses: Twists, forward folds, grounding.

  • 🍂 Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) → surrender, quiet mind

“Hello my shiny starbeans! ✨ Every day is a spell, every meal is a potion, and every stretch is a moon dance! Let’s bounce through the day together like sparkly pixies in a sunbeam!” 🧚‍♀️🌈

🌅 Morning Sparkle (6:30–10 AM)

  • Tinkle-tinkle alarm spell! Wake with a wiggle around 6:30–7:30 AM.

  • Sip your warm lemon-turmeric potion 🍋✨ — think of it as golden sunrise juice!

  • Light a candle and swirl your arms like wings → say: “Today I shine and grow!”

  • Pixie Yoga (15–20 min, moon-guided):

    • 🌑 New Moon → curl in Child’s Pose 🐚 to dream little seeds.

    • 🌒 Waxing → root strong in Tree Pose 🌳 and swish into Warrior II.

    • 🌕 Full Moon → toss your hair in Wild Thing 🌟 and swirl with Moon Salutations.

    • 🌘 Waning → twist, fold, and sigh it out like autumn leaves 🍂.

  • Breakfast: Oats, berries, eggs, or smoothies → fuel for flight! 🥣🍓

🌞 Daytime Glow (10 AM–6 PM)

  • Work, spellcraft, money magic! ✨
