Witch’s Daily Rhythm 🌿✨
🌅 Morning (Sunrise Magic)
Wake around 6:30–7:30 AM (earlier if you like sunrise rituals).
Drink warm lemon water → cleanses & awakens the body. 🍋💧
Light a candle, stretch, and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. Whisper:“With the dawn, I rise renewed.”
🌞 Daytime (Action & Nourishment)
Breakfast (7:30–8:30 AM): Eat your first magical meal — grounding oats, eggs, or smoothies. 🍳🍵
Midday Meal (12:00–1:00 PM): Your biggest meal — lentil soups, quinoa bowls, or roasted veggies. Fuel for spells + work. 🍲
Snack/Tea (3:00–4:00 PM): Herbal tea, fruit, or nuts to keep energy flowing. 🌿🍎
Dinner (6:00–7:00 PM): Light but hearty → curries, salads, or fish/plant-based protein. 🌙
🌙 Evening (Moon Magic & Rest)
After dinner, tidy your altar/home (10–15 mins). Clean spaces = clean energy. 🧹✨
Around 8:30 PM, sip herbal tea (chamomile, lavender, or peppermint). 🌼🍵
Write 1 line of gratitude or intention in your journal/grimoire. 🖋️
🌌 Bedtime (Dream Work)
No screens after 9:30 PM. Protect your third eye from buzzing lights.
Wind-down ritual:
Dim candles or fairy lights.
Read magical texts, meditate, or pull a tarot card.
Sleep by 10:30–11:00 PM.Dreamtime is when your spirit recharges and communes with the unseen. 🛌✨
🌟 Weekly Reset (Saturday/Sunday)
Strip sheets + refresh the home → invite clean energy in.
Meal prep some grains, soups, or roasted veggies for the week.
Do one longer spiritual practice: journaling, divination, or nature walk. 🌿
