2.  Bills, taxes, paperwork over 7 years old

3. Unloved toys

Pass them on, given the away, it's ok to donate.

4. Yuck, Cleaning rags

– You only need a few,  after use wash them again, right away.

5. Take out menus you never look at,  I see your online for this, go online for the menus.

6. Outdated over the counter drugs and vitamins

7. Old spices  { Spices don’t actually spoil but they lose their potency.   A good rule of thumb is 1-2 years for seasoning;  1-3 for herbs and ground spices; and up to 4 years for whole spices.

8. Knick knacks that don’t make you happy every time you look at them

LESS IS MORE, plus less stuff to clean, can make your life easier.

9.  Old party supplies, your going to forget you have them most likely.

Even if you store them they could still get dusty, and now they are old.

11.  Don't get rid of Spare change – Take it to the bank!

15. Expired coupons, declutter that junk drawer one item at a time.

16. Movies that you don't watch, pass them on. Try a movie swap meet with friends.

17. How about unidentified frozen objects

18. GET RID OFF stacks of magazines and newspapers. Give them away or take them to a recycling center periodically.

19. Worn out and old scrub pads, sponges and kitchen towels.

And while your in the kitchen, Throw out spoiled food in refrigerator.

20.  Junk and trash that is not needed, and could get in the way.

If you have a car, clean that out too. A nice ride, is wonderful.
